The PP pleated filter element is made of ultra-fine polypropylene fiber membrane and non-woven fabric or (silk mesh) inner and outer support layers folded. It is the most economic solution of cartridge filtration and most commonly used in winery and brewery.
The PTFE pleated filter element is formed by folding imported natural hydrophobic PTFE membrane and non-woven fabric or (silk mesh) as the supporting layer. The filter element end cover, inner lining center rod, and outer shell are all made of PP polypropylene and formed by thermal welding technology. It does not contain any glue. It has excellent sealing performance, no leakage and no pollution.
The PES pleated filter element is an accessory that uses imported polyethersulfone membrane and imported non-woven fabric or (wire mesh) inner and outer support layers to fold. The center rod and end cover of the shell are made of polypropylene. The entire filter element is formed by hot-melt welding technology. The downstream support material, support frame and structural elements are polypropylene, and the sealing material uses silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, and fluorine rubber, which are pollution-free and no medium falling off.
